Brew Guide: Cold Brew

What you need:

80g coarse ground Wylie’s Coffee 

500ml cold water, plus more to top up jug

Cold brew jug 

Ice to serve

Stirrer

Method:

1. Remove the filter section and fill your empty jug with cold water up to the 500ml line. 

2. Fill the filter section of the jug with 80g of ground coffee.

3. Add the filter section inside the water filled jug.

4. Gently stir inside the filter section. If the water goes cloudy, don’t worry this is meant to happen and it will settle. 

5. Top up the jug with water until it is just under the brim and continue stirring. 

6. Place in the fridge for 12-24 hours to brew. 

7. Once brewed, serve and enjoy poured over ice to keep chilled.
